Meet the Team
Arvistis McKinnie
President/CEO
Arvistis McKinnie started Ditches Unlimited Inc. in 2004 with the intention of bringing an elite full-service excavation company specializing in superior quality and service to the Pacific Northwest. Arvistis has 30+ years’ experience with heavy equipment and excavation and holds multiple professional licenses including complex septic installer, 40hr Hazardous Material/Emergency Response Cleanup as well as RT-130 Fireline training. When not working, Arvistis enjoys spending time outdoors snowmobiling through the backcountry in the winter, fishing throughout the year and boating in the summer with his wife Jenna and his children Arvistis III (Drew), Kyla and Jaylee.
Laura Ward
Office Manager
Laura has been a vital part of Ditches Unlimited Inc. since 2017. She brings over 15 years of administrative experience in office management and accounting with her. Laura manages and oversees the administration of HR policies as well as maintaining accounts payable, receivables, monthly billings, payroll and contract implementation. When not working, Laura enjoys being outside horseback riding, 4 wheeling and camping with her kids and dogs.
